Shipping policy

 

• Our standard processing time ranges from 5-6 business days starting from the date of your initial purchase. This does not mean your order will be delivered during this timeframe after placing the order.(Please note that during peak periods, holidays, or special events, the processing time may exceed this estimated timeframe)

• After our internal processing is complete (5-7 business days), your package will be shipped via Ground Shipping (5 business days).

• It is in our customer's responsibility to let us know if there are any issues with their shipment once they have received the confirmation email.
